This beautiful picture of a pine in a Montana winter snow was not photographed by me, but by a good Montana friend. I have never been to Montana in the winter and know I am missing out on entirely too many photo opportunities. I love to photograph just about everything, but we rarely get the big beautiful snows that Montana recieves. In the mean time I will rely on close friends in that area to supply me with gorgeous winter snow shots. I suppose if I have one solid goal this year it would be to take a photography class to really learn to use my camera. I cannot move on to the next level keeping the camera setting on automatic!
