Raleigh House Cheesecake

This is a really yummy and easy cheesecake that you can make in a 8 or 9 inch pie plate. It has a rich and creamy filling that is firm, but not hard like New York Cheesecakes. It is one of my favorite desserts!

When making my homemade graham cracker crust I use these graham cracker crumbs which take all the work out of making the crust!

Enjoy this easy and extra creamy cheesecake! Click on photo to enlarge recipe.

I’ve made this before…a nice heavy not-overly sweet desert (breakfast, lunch, diner..LOL!) one of my favorites.

I had my prickly pear bloom just before we left Arizona. Your photo is beautiful.

Ahhh, I remember wearing dresses like the ones in your birthday party picture……….brings back my own memories.

    I enjoy your posts!

You might want to hit my food link at top of page and find the Key Lime Pie instead of the cheesecake!

  7. I love cheesecake! Can’t wait to try this one. It somehow looks less intimidating than some cheesecake recipes I’ve seen (and I don’t think that’s just the handwriting!)

Just invite someone over to eat it with you all!!! That will solve the problem. After you have it you will dream of left-overs!
