Bubba Burger

If you are ever traveling through Eureka, Montana (population 998) then you should  must stop and take a break. This is the cutest little town with lots of darling shops and it is home to the Bubba Burger. This burger is made from a mesquite-fired patty with spicy Cajun sausage, jumbo shrimp, chipotle sauce, and cheddar cheese and I can tell you from personal experience that it is the best combination and makes for a fantastic burger. This burger won the ABC’s “Live! with Regis and Kelly” honors as the best burger in the “Ultimate Hometown Grill Off in 2009.  If you find yourself going through Eureka then make sure you stop at The Cutting Board for a great burger. They have tasty cookies!  Oh… and try a milkshake too!

  1. Sounds Dee-Lish!! My mouth is watering…and I bet you don’t even THINK about the calories while you are enjoying this scrumptious burger and shake!! Never thought much about Montana before your blog, but I’m thinking I need to get out of the South more often!

It is a tiny little town, but they have marketed themselves very well and have some very cute stores. They also have a huge quilt show each year and people come from across U.S. to that I heard. This place was fun and on the way when we went to Canada last summer. And the burger really was delish. You ought to drive to Montana and go to Glacier Park which is beyond incredible! Then just drive through the state. Could go up through SD which is what I would like to see!

SO i was the first employee in that restaurant and was there the day he made the burger. it was quite comical. VERY delicious though! it took him a couple weeks to get me to try it because im not much of a spicy person, but it wasn’t bad AT ALL. it had a kick, but it was so tasty! Sadly the restaurant is now closed and up for sale for the second time. we couldn’t keep up with the cost of the burger for the amount that we were pushing out. but it was an amazing ride!
