More Garden Flowers

Thought I would post a few more flowers from garden visit last week. Things are so very brown around farm that the flowers are the only colorful things I have seen. I am very much missing my beautiful green spring and our beautiful wildflowers here at farm. However, the cactus look like they will be blooming soon so I will have some pretty flowers, although they are from a plant we do not like!

I always love Azaleas. These are a pretty soft pink.

I love poppies and did not know you could grow them in our area. I never see them. These looked healthy so maybe I will give them a try next year.

This was an interesting unknown flower. Love the look.

It is the end of the Daffodil (Narcissus) season so these were a bit faded, but still lovely. We have always called them Jonquils also. My favorite variety are the bright yellow ones.

Just have to tell you what a joy it is to check out your blog. I did think of you last week on my way to DG’s at LSU when I got stranded at airport. Wish you had been just around the corner.
Your photography is terrific, and the whole blog is just so cheerful that it can be a bright spot in a day. It looks like the Cowgirl is just having a great time!

Thanks for the identification help. I have some Gerbera in my yard, but these were fuzzy so never thought about it being them. I will Google!!!
