I am a huge fan of the beauty of old vintage building advertising (some call them ghost signs). You can find the most wonderful ads and artwork on old buildings in small town America. I am adding this to my 2011 travel

Today's photo is a beautiful barn that I love because it is old, big and red. I also like the character of the old white fence that surrounds it. I took many barn photos this summer and will be sharing them

This is my wonderful cow bull which now graces my den. His name is Emmit and I truly love him. He exudes an abundance of energy, strength and personality and he puts a smile on my face every time I look at him. He  is very dynamic hanging

No grizzlies at farm! But I did visit friends in Montana and got a great shot of this little guy up close. Mom was on down the hill eating her fill of Huckleberries long enough for me to capture her
